Not happy? Here's what to do
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can still offer you a full refund if it's our fault.
We hope everything has gone well and that you are enjoying being a part of lcmcc. Very occasionally something doesn't quite work the way you expect, here's what to do:
Firstly, contact us to let us know what the problem is. You can do that in several ways:

- send an email to email@example.com
- talk to us in person at one of our Club Nights or other event
The most common problem we encounter is that members don't get their Newsletters. This is often because the member's email client thinks that lcmcc is sending spam or nuisance emails and so blocks them. The first thing to check is to look in the email spam folder and, if there are messages from lcmcc, then simply mark them as 'not spam' and future emails will go to the inbox.
For any other problem just talk to us and we will do our best to fix things.
